How can ED Sports Coaching enhance your child’s sporting journey?

At ED Sports Coaching, we focus on educating and developing your child throughout their formative years.

By nurturing physical ability, developing key skills, and building strong character traits, ED Sports Coaching helps young athletes grow into confident, resilient individuals, ready to face any sporting challenge ahead.

  • ED Sports Coaching offers bespoke private coaching for junior athletes through 1-to-1 sessions, sibling sessions, or small group training, with variable hourly rates.

Each private session is designed to stretch and challenge athletes at their individual level. We use innovative approaches to build important physical fitness components whilst developing sport specific skills.

Above all, these sessions are designed to be enjoyable, motivating, and to help build lasting resilience.

  • Sign up to our weekly ‘Athletic Development Club’ at Battersea Park Millennium Arena. Sessions take place on Mondays (ages 11+) and Tuesdays (ages 8-10), from 4.30–5.30pm. Athletes can choose to drop in or sign up for a structured sequence of sessions lasting a term.

All athletic development sessions are carefully curated to improve physical readiness for both individual and team sports, helping athletes excel in line with the specific demands of their discipline.

  • Our ‘Online Coaching & Programming’ service ensures your child receives expert, individualised support wherever you are in the world.

This remote coaching solution extends development beyond the sports field, offering tailored weekly or monthly training programmes designed around your child’s goals, available equipment, facilities, and environment.

Each programme includes a weekly video check-in to track progress, make adjustments, and provide encouragement.

For those who need additional input, live online coaching sessions are also available to offer real-time guidance, feedback, and motivation.

  • As one of our core pillars, our bespoke sport scholarship mentorship offers expert, one-to-one guidance for families pursuing future school opportunities.

This comprises of a 6 to 12-month programme, with bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

Sessions include physical preparation, skill development, sport psychology, nutrition advice and interview practice.

Alongside sports performance sessions, this bespoke consultancy offers guidance in identifying schools that align with your child’s sporting and academic profile, as well as full support throughout the application process, including the provision of supporting sports references.

  • ED Sports Coaching offers a range of fun, engaging sports performance coaching camps, covering a variety of sports and open to all abilities and genders.

Focused on education and confidence-building, with enjoyment at the heart of every session, the camps create a positive environment where participants can develop their skills and passion for sport.
