Our brand-new Junior HYROX Programme is designed to introduce young athletes to the exciting world of HYROX, combining functional fitness, running, strength, endurance and HYROX-specific race preparation in a fun, challenging and supportive environment.
The programme will conclude with an opportunity for your child to compete in the HYROX Youngstars London event at London ExCeL on 5th/6th December 2026.
What’s included?
11 weekly HYROX-specific fitness sessions at Hii Club Battersea
Progressive training designed specifically for junior athletes aged 8-13 years of age
1 x HYROX Youngstars London junior competitor ticket for the main event at London ExCeL on 5th/6th December 2026

First session: Thursday 10th September 2026
Final session: Thursday 3rd December 2026
Time: 4:30–5:15pm
Location: Hii Club Battersea, 75 Queen’s Circus, Queenstown Rd, Nine Elms, London SW11 8NE
Total Cost: £330
That’s just £30 per session, with your HYROX Youngstars London junior competitor ticket included in the package.
